Layer3 TV is currently looking for a Retail Sales Representative.

Layer3 TV is seeking a driven Sales Representative to help deliver our world class service to consumers’ homes. In this position you’ll focus on outreach to consumers who are interested in our product. The product will be sold in mall retail and event environments. You will be successful in this role if you are friendly, ambitious and enjoy collaborating and closing!

We are especially interested in your abilities with some or most of the following:

  • Demonstrating a strong understanding of Layer3 TV products and services
  • Executing sales tactics including working retail sales and local events
  • Performing local business and partnership outreach
  • Evaluating consumer needs and help identify the appropriate product offering to present to the consumer
  • Communicating key consumer benefits and develop a strong rapport with consumers
  • Collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to improve sales process and help drive product development
  • Owning the sales process from initial touch all the way through activation
  • Updating CRM tools and database grids
  • Maintaining high levels of satisfaction consistent with Layer 3 TV’s values

  • Ability to stand/move around for multiple hours

  • Ability to sell and close new accounts at high performance levels
  • Computer and mobile proficient
  • Must have reliable transportation

Education / Certification:

  • High school or equivalent
