Skechers is hiring an Assistant Manager!

Job Description:

  • Engages customers and provides excellent customer service in order to meet or exceed goals and store plans.
  • Maintains a commitment to the company's sales process, values, and business code of ethics.
  • Assists customers with transactions on register.
  • Assists in proper product placement and consistent execution of the company's marketing and visual presentation standards and directives.
  • Sets up displays, correctly marks and tags product and boxes.
  • Maintains a clean store and stocking shelves and end caps.
  • Assists the Store Manager in meeting and exceeding the goals.
  • Leads the team by example and ensures all responsibilities to maintain the store are being executed properly and in a timely manner.
  • Demonstrates the ability to consistently follow The Promise and all company service standards.
  • Completes all inventory processes promptly in order to limit shrink.
  • Complies with policies and procedures at all times.
  • Completes quality recovery of store during each shift.
  • Uses ladders, as it is an essential part of the daily duties necessary to maintain the store and service the customer.

Qualifications:

At least one year customer service experience.
