DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
DRIVE RESULTS ▪ Ensure inventory objectives are consistently achieved, including timely replenishment and markdown execution to support sales plans ▪ Execute strategies to maximize store sales and create action plans to meet commercial objectives ▪ Provide input into inventory strategy based on local needs to support sales ▪ Maintain an active leadership presence on sales floor and inspiring a strong sales culture, on an as needed basis ▪ Advise General Manager on new arrivals and product opportunities to optimize sales performance ▪ Ensure the replenishment systems are followed and the store standard expectations are consistently met
