At Fashion Outlets of Chicago, you can enjoy an alcoholic beverage, purchased at Tapville or Crepe Café, in the common areas of the shopping enter as you shop!* The Village of Rosemont, where Fashion Outlets of Chicago is located, is the first city in Illinois to allow patrons to carry their beverages throughout the Center.
