Lead Sales Associate

The Lead Associate’s primary function is to sell and promote Perry Ellis merchandise through the execution of Perry Ellis customer service standards. The Lead Associate supports the Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager, and Supervisors in ensuring the store meets its goals and standards in the areas of financial performance, customer satisfaction, and visual merchandising.
